    We deliver nationally across Australia using Sendle.

    Shipping costs are carrier-calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size/weight.

    Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to track your order.

    Delivery timeframes vary by location. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we will always assist where possible.

    All party boxes and products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the ready-to-ship nature of our items.

    You are entitle to a refund or exchange only if an item is faulty or damaged.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
