Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issues promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Change of mind or cancellations can only be made before your order is dispatched. Once your party box is prepared for delivery, we are unable to make any modifications.
