Q: Can I customise a party box or balloon set?
A: Not at the moment. Currently, our boxes are pre-curated for convenience. However, you can personalise your order with our add-ons.
Q: Are your products safe for children?
A: Safety information (supervision, choking hazards, helium use, and general guidance) is included in our packaging. Adult supervision is always recommended.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship nationally across Australia. Delivery times typically range from 5 - 10 business days, depending on your location.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is carrier-calculated through Sendle. Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on location and demand. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details from our courier partner (Sendle).
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: At this stage, we offer delivery only and pickup is not available.
Party Planning & Setup
Q: Do i need to assemble the balloon decor myself?
A: Yes but our balloon sets are straightforward and require minimal setup.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: We recommend ordering at least 1 - 2 weeks before your event to ensure availability and delivery.
Q: What if I need help choosing a theme or products?
A: We are happy to help! Send us a message with your party details and we will recommend the perfect items to create a perfect celebration.
Returns & Policies
Q: Can I return a party box or balloon decor?
A: All party boxes and decorations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because they are pre-curated and prepared to order.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, we will help resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards via our online checkout.
